Double-Sided

We make Double-sided circuits with various materials and thicknesses from 0.037 to 6.5 mm. At the customer’s request, they can be produced with special materials and finishes.

Antenne

OmniaServices carries out electromechanical assemblies and bonding of patch antennas with foam on aluminum structures.
The gluing of the antennas can be performed:

• with hot pressing up to 50 kilograms per square centimeter;
• planar gluing at low pressure and / or in vacuum bags up to 150 degrees centigrade;
• gluing on predefined shapes.
It is also possible to mount integrated connectors.

RF Microwave

OmniaServices creates microstrips, striplines and radiant elements on all hyper-frequency materials (PTFE / Ceramics etc.).
Furthermore, vertical transitions are made with PTH or metallized millings.

Metallizations are made on all PTFE materials.

Sequential Build Up

OmniaServices can produce this type of Multi-Layer PCB even with the use of non-homogeneous materials and with different finishes depending on the requests and needs of the Customer.

Resistance Embedded

Using standard printed circuit subtractive technology, OmniaServices, builds resistors integrated into the circuit layers. These resistors can be integrated within the multilayer circuit and / or made on the external surface of the same.

Multilayer

Multilayer circuits of various thicknesses are made with homogeneous materials and different compositions. These circuits are manufactured according to the requirements of MIL-P-55110, IPC6012 and / or according to customer specifications and controlled according to IPC600 and with metallographic examination according to IPC250 and / or customer specifications. The entire process is controlled and verified to meet reliability and repeatability requirements.
They run Multi-Layer with Sequential Build Up technology and with RF Microwave technology and integrated digital video.

CLAD

OmniaServices has made CLAD circuits one of its flagship products.
We can fully satisfy the customer’s needs, from the production of prototypes up to larger quantities.
We also produce CLAD with transitions in integrated waveguide and in coplanar waveguide and PCB with high thickness metal bonding (Heat Sync PCB).

Sculptured

OmniaServices is able to create Sculptured circuits with various materials and finishes, according to the various specifications.
